Crystal Industrial Syndicate Pvt. Limited was incorporated in the year 1991, and is an ISO 9001 : 2000, ISO 14001 : 2004, OHSAS 18001 : 2007 The company was started by two graduate engineers with the purpose of serving the Indian Industry with products like Steam Jet Ejectors & Wet Scrubbing Systems.
The company later on diversified into designing, fabricating and commissioning of equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, plant pressure piping for various chemical, petrochemical, fertilizer and other process industries.
Crystal Industrial has also gone on to specialize in designing and fabrication of a variety of intricate and complex equipment, components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies, of cast, forged, welded, machined construction for the Indian Defense sector and the Nuclear Sector.
Crystal Industrial has now mastered the technology of carrying out Corrosion Resistance Weld Overlay of Monel, Inconel 625, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy B3, Hastelloy C-276, Hastelloy C-2000 and hard facing overlay on inside surfaces of pipes, elbows, tees, flanges, including fabrication and welding of Weld Overlay Cladding involving these materials.
Recently Crystal Industrial has entered into the field of supplying Waste Water Treatment Plants on turnkey basis, and in India are the exclusive co-operative partner of Aqua-Aerobic Systems Inc., USA who are the leaders in Waste Water Treatment, SBR Technology, and having supplied well over 1000 SBR plants all over the world.
Crystal Industrial's list of clients is extended to most of the reputed industrial houses in India to top global engineering companies like Aker Kvaerner, Bechtel, Bindal Agro, Dr. Reddys, GEA, Hindustan Petroleum, Indian Navy, Indian Oil, Jacobs, Larsen & Toubro, Mangalore Refineries, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Pfizer, Oswal Chemicals, Reliance Industries, Saint Gobain etc.
